Rainbow of Tiny Souls – celebration of life

Injecting politics and agendas, we have poisoned the public discourse. Whether a position taken or event occurring – there is someone, somewhere foaming at the mouth. Death threats and vulgarity are common and done openly, under actual names and not pseudonyms.
Historically, it will go on, until violence. Once you start going down that road, it often ends with people dying. Public education ensures that those lessons have to be learned anew, not being taught in the first place.
This is not a story about abortion. A mysterious agency, government or private, decides to preserve new life and does. The women get their pregnancies terminated and the babies get a reprieve; that’s all. Rest of the baggage is yours.
The vision, portraying unborn children, focuses on each soul being represented by lit light bulb and millions of them glowing in unison, symbolizing life and hope. I imagine this is a visual sorting system, with each color combination standing for a specific genetic code. Shining en masse in pitch black, they have a powerful impact. Can you see them?
In hindsight, the security around the place makes sense – you protect what is most precious. At the same time, the employees have fun with it and the earlier humor makes the ending more surprising and unexpected.
Regardless of belief, and setting aside entrenched views, anyone can enjoy the message of the tale. Life is a marvel. Discuss in FORUMS.
